Like many property owners, we grew frustrated with traditional agents who outsourced services, struggled with cultural adaptation for guest communication, and failed to protect our investments through proper damage claims and accounting. We saw the gaps clearly: lack of transparency, reactive maintenance leading to cancellations, and poor financial reporting that left owners in the dark.

That's why we founded White Pebbles in 2023. Starting with our own Gabba House—a charming Queenslander we renovated ourselves—we built an entirely in-house model. No outsourcing. No middlemen. Just a team of 15+ professionals who treat every property like it's our own, delivering the transparency and care we always wanted as owners.
